Yes, they honoured it anyways, but not without a lengthy, interrogation process. They offer a no hassle guarantee for an exchange if your not happy with your glasses as part of their sales pitch, but they will interrogate you if you do to bring them back-And it’s definitely a hassle.

I ultimately took my business to another Specsavers location (Zehrs, Malden Road), where the team went above and beyond to honour the warranty and provide an exceptional customer experience.

This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
