  Best experience at lenscrafters from my eye exam to purchasing new glasses! Had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Angel today. She immediately assisted me as I was looking to purchase new glasses and made the entire interaction so pleasant. I would definitely recommend this location and Angel’s service to anyone looking to get new frames/glasses.

  I had the pleasure of being helped by Annie last week. I had previously gotten some reading glasses at the Eaton Centre location and decided to have the lenses switched out to progressive lenses instead. She was very helpful and patient and knowledgeable. I had an amazing experience with her. My mother came into the store as well to meet me and Annie helped her pick out a nice new frame for her new prescription. My mother is quite picky but she left very pleased as well. Thank you Annie. You were amazing and a great start to our day. We look forward to our new glasses.

  From start to end terrible service. Had to cancel eye exam due to sales rep not being able to support & advise to come back in another 2 month. Lack of care, quality, value, structure Apologize to the eye exam team. The Eye exam team members were very supportive & was helpful for booking my eye exam. They didn’t deserve to be canceled 😞 Common Fairview community - new resident here not even the bare minimal for service or care 1/10

  I had an excellent experience at LensCrafters Fairview Mall. The store is very well organized, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. A big thank you to Angel Joy for being incredibly helpful—she made sure I got the exact pair I originally had and even assisted me in changing the color of my transition lenses to what I preferred. That level of attention and care really stood out. Also, shoutout to Josh Matthew for handling all the paperwork efficiently and patiently answering all my questions. I really appreciated how easy they made everything, especially printing out the warranty replacement email from Oakley, which saved me a lot of time and hassle. I currently have two Meta glasses and I’m very happy with them. Overall, I highly recommend this location and will definitely be getting all my future pairs here!
