Got new glasses today. Lory was so very helpful and I highly recommend her! She worked to get me into my price range and I sincerely appreciate it. Lory gets a 10 out of 10!

I placed and ordered for 2 glasses for both my children on 18th of October. They told us a week to 10 days to arrive. After one week I received an email for one of them and got it. When asked for the second one they told us it is shipped and may arrive tomorrow but it has been one extra week still no updates. Now we asked after 18 days they say same thing “it shipped and come in a few days“. We ordered two glasses they say 7-10 days, after 10 days one is ready but second one is still shipped and on the way. On day 18, they are still telling us that it is shipped, not sure when we will get the 2nd pair.

These guys are closer to me but I go to Yorkdale instead because these guys are not as good. They never pick up their phone, won't return your voicemails, and the customer service at Yorkdale is simply better even beyond those issues. Do better guys. (this is based on my experience last year, maybe things have changed, just thought to write this now because I am heading over to Yorkdale once again and definitely not Fairview. PICK UP YOUR PHONE.)

I had such a great experience with Lory! She helped me adjust my glasses and was so kind and patient throughout the whole process. She even took the time to share some helpful knowledge with me — and she did it all free of charge! I’m so happy with how helpful and caring she was. Big thanks to Tris as well for letting me walk in and introducing me to Lory. I really appreciate both of them for their kindness and amazing service!

I had the best experience at LensCrafters! From the moment I walked in to when I came back to pick up my glasses, I felt so special and cared for. Trish truly went above and beyond, she made the entire process so smooth and enjoyable. I’ve never felt so confident and beautiful in a pair of frames before! She picked out the perfect pair for me and was so knowledgeable about lenses. I could tell right away that I could trust her recommendations. Thank you, Trish, for making this such a wonderful experience!
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
