Firstly, they took time to attend me, especially people who came after me, were being attended at first. Secondly, my glasses were supposed to arrive, within 5-10 days but it came after 2 weeks. That too, I had to call them, I never got a text for pick up. I called the store to inquire and I told them I never receive a text, the lady arrogantly told me that I should’ve checked. When I went to pick up, the staff wasn’t corporative enough to tell where the line was and I was clueless for like 20 minutes straight and when I called them out for this, they definitely got offended. My glasses broke a month later, then I went to fix it, they sold me $45 insurance just to get my glasses fixed otherwise I have to pay the full price, which is ridiculous. Then when I went to pick up, I wasn’t informed that I had to bring my old broken glasses just to get the new ones at all. And I had to go home 1 hour went on my journey. Then I went back to the store, that’s when I got my new glasses. Definitely a BIG ZERO in their services, they are nice until you buy their stuff. So I’m never going back to LensCrafters.
