  We have had an extremely positive experience with the support provided by Home Instead Care Pros. They were professional, kind, supportive and friendly. The Home Instead Management team is extremely efficient, responsive and work directly with insurance to provide seamless service.

  A quick review in lieu of a dozen red roses to both Renee and Mary PSW for the very competent thoughtful efficient care both continue to provide. The client LK was being considered for palliative care. HomeInstead.ca prompt effective intervention enabled his return home to enjoy his end days with his dog. The cry of his heart from the hospital was, "I just want to be in my own home, on my couch, watching my own movies, on my own TV with my dog." At 97 what else matters! LK is a part of the greatest generation that ever lived. Hanging on his wall is a plaque for his service from "The Grateful Nation of Canada thanks you for your service." Your service and very capable staff made what matters to him possible. His dignity and peace renewed. Thank you. Peggy Geddes MA, RP

  Excellent company! I hired them to help with keeping my elderly mother with dementia in her home as long as possible. Given distance between my home and my mother's, and my own responsibilities (other than my mom), I needed help. The service they provided was truly amazing! From their staff who spent time with my mom, to the staff in the office, they all took the time and compassion to see to her needs and provide not only help with daily tasks, but also companionship. They also very importantly provided me with peace of mind knowing she was well looked after. If I needed to call them, calls were always returned quickly, and they never hesitated to work with me if changes were needed. When the time came that my mom did need to move into an assisted living retirement home, they were more than willing to continue and help her with the transition. It is a big transition, especially for someone with dementia, but they truly helped her (and I) make it easier. Best experience with this company...far more than I expected!
