Their service and assistance has be absolutely Gold standard and made me come back for a third time. The new hearing aids are unbelievable. Now I feel like I hear as well as anybody and maybe better. This is the best that I can ever remember hearing this well!

- KRKevin RankinAug 23, 20221.0Have not had much luck with customer service, spent over $2000 on a hearing aid that has never worked right, they keep wasting my time on return visits that accomplish nothing. So I called them beciase my hearing aid keeps turning off and on repeatedly, they said they spoke with manufacturer and they were making me a new one. After 5 weeks passes they emial me to say come in and get a loaner while your is shipped to Germany. I will not repurchase here when i am eligible for a new one, and will be sure to let all my social media friends know not to waste their time with this retailer.
