We welcome your current prescription, and work with all major health and vision plans including EyeMed, VSP and UnitedHealthcare. Many of our locations are now EyeMed PLUS Providers. Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans are accepted. Eye exams available at the independent doctor of optometry at or next to Pearle Vision. Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.

The staff did not seem interested in helping and were not very knowledgeable when I asked questions about my prescription, lens options, and pricing. Instead of taking the time to properly explain things, I felt rushed through the process. Communication was also very poor. I had to follow up multiple times about my order, and every time I called I received different information about the status. It felt like no one was taking responsibility or keeping track of the order properly. When I finally received the glasses, the prescription did not feel correct and the frames were not adjusted properly. When I brought this up, the staff were dismissive and did not seem interested in resolving the issue. A place that deals with people's vision should take accuracy and customer care much more seriously. Overall, the experience was frustrating and a waste of time. I expected professionalism and proper service from an optical store, but unfortunately this location did not meet even basic expectations. I would not recommend this place and would suggest looking elsewhere if you want reliable service and better customer care.
