I did not buy my glasses at that time, but the way she listened to my specific requirements and made recommendations based on my personal needs made me feel valued and comfortable. Upon my return the next week to actually select and purchase my glasses, the excellent attention to customer service was carried on by the store manager, Jasleen. She was patient, informative, kind, and gave me honest feedback on the look and style and fit of the frames I was considering. The extra information about polarized lenses, dimensions of the lenses as they apply to progressives and to the construction of different frames made me feel like I was being taken very well care of. I am looking forward to picking up my new glasses and will continue to bring my eyewear needs to this store. Great job!

I was so pleased with the service (and great value for the frames) that I received that I posted my experience on Facebook so my family and friends would learn about it.

Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.

If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
