Jezelle was amazing when it came to her service. It was a very refreshing yet professional service and this is why I choose LensCrafters Waterloo - Conestoga Mall whenever it comes to my vision care.

I’ve been a very hard client to deal with, this time. I couldn’t decide what I want and kept changing mind back and forth, but the crew were amazingly supportive and although I would kick myself out of the store a long time ago- all I got is a smile and reassurance that sometimes it takes longer than usual and mood swings are not doing grace as well. I am grateful for the patience I got from Nick and from the store manager, it means the world to me. The store has a huge variety of quality products and I don’t know how I ended up being such annoying costumer- my apologies. It’s truly not you- it’s me. I recommend this store to everyone who appreciates a high quality costumer service and kind and good people. Thank you

When I ordered I indicated I was visiting and needed them to ship my new glasses to Toronto. The store manager indicated it was fine and said it would be sent there with no issues. Then after some days passed I get an email indicating that they were ready at this location in Waterloo. I call to confirm that it should be sent to Toronto. Then today again (after 3 days passed) I get a call to pick them up at Waterloo. What could've been done correctly the first time, has now delayed my glasses by about a week or more. Not happy with the experience I had at this store.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
