I went into LensCrafters to get my glasses adjusted even though I had purchased them online from a different company. I wasn’t sure if they would be able to help, but my glasses were constantly slipping off my face and the nose pieces just weren’t sitting right.
From the moment I explained the situation, the staff member was absolutely amazing. She didn’t hesitate at all — she immediately took a look at how the glasses sat on my face and started adjusting them. She explained that glasses ordered online often need a bit of tweaking since they can be slightly off, and reassured me that this location is more than happy to adjust glasses even if they were purchased elsewhere.
I wanted to leave this review to help anyone else who may have bought glasses online or from another store and can’t go back to the original location. LensCrafters here in the mall will gladly help you get your glasses adjusted and fitting properly, regardless of where you bought them.
The customer service alone was outstanding. I truly appreciate how welcoming and helpful they were — highly recommend! 👓✨

Very helpful, very friendly staff at this LensCrafters location.
Aleena was a wonderful sales person to interact with. Made us feel welcome and comfortable. Not a pushy sales person! She was extremely helpful though, when selecting frames, going through lens options, and assisting us with insurance submissions. Staff like her are what make the customer experience great and encourage repeat business.

I went there couple months back to order prescription glasses. They asked me to choose a frame instore and told me I could keep the demo glasses while they ordered my prescription lenses. They took my measurements and said the glasses would be ready in two weeks.
Three weeks later, I followed up and found out they had received the lenses but didn’t have the courtesy to inform me. When I went in, they still couldn’t locate them. I left the frame there so they could cut the lenses if they found them. A couple of days later, they called and said they had broken the lenses and would need to reorder them. I understand accidents happen, but they said it would take another two weeks at most.
Now it has been even longer, and I still haven’t received a single update or call. I have been to this place four times now, and they still couldn’t complete my single order. I spent over $300, and the service has been unbelievably frustrating. It feels like once they got my money, their responsiveness and customer service disappeared.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Pathetic service that doesn’t deserve even one star.

I had an excellent experience at LensCrafters thanks to Kata. She was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable, and took the time to understand exactly what I needed. Kata explained all the options clearly, helped me choose the right frames and lenses, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her attention to detail and genuine care for customers truly stood out. Exceptional service like hers makes a big difference—highly recommend asking for Kata!

Quite disappointed in the treatment I received this evening! I went into the store to look for a new pair of glasses. Both associates were helping other customers. Once one of them was free, he simply looked at me and then looked away. Did not offer me a tray, didn’t ask if I needed any help… nothing. Then, another customer comes in 5 minutes later and he greets them? Can you imagine how that felt as a customer? I had to ask for help, and all I got was “do you know what you’re looking for?” “Did you see something online??” “Do you have a picture?” repeatedly, despite telling them I had only looked in store today for the first time. What is the rush? I expressed my disappointment, yet little was done to make things right. I have been a loyal Lens Crafters customer for 18 years… today I went and purchased glasses from a different store in the mall. Very disappointed. Lens Crafters no longer “crafts” a meaningful experience for customers.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
