I joined Club Pilates just over 3 months ago and I have to say.. I am working muscles I never knew I had. The reformer makes workouts feel easy but the burn is real! I love it! The instructors are great-providing alternative movements for limitations. It’s a great place to visit with warm and welcoming staff! I highly recommend if you’ve been thinking about it!!
I have to add the manager is great! Always checking in to make sure you are feeling good and enjoying classes!

The studio is clean and everyone I met was kind. I didn't have issues cancelling or booking classes.
However, at the high cost plus three month commitment I was very disappointed at how hard it was to access classes of higher difficulty.
Many of the level 1 and 1.5 classes were mostly stretching, catering to what seemed like mostly lower fitness goals from the class (ie: complaining when there's squats or anything held for more than 30 seconds). I tried many classes and the difficulty varied greatly - however it feels unreasonable to have to spend my time and the expensive cost of the class to determine a class is only stretching.
I was also frustrated that I was told to take many 1 classes to level up and then needing instructor approval to level up again. I understand safety concerns, but this should be clearer when making a commitment so I don't have to spend so much $ just to not be challenged at all.
Overall, I wish I never signed up and for the cost they should be much more clear on is being offered.

Great customer service and if an emergency happens they can push your credits to the next month. Wide range of classes and instructor styles. For beginners I recommend level 1 with Sulaxsan or Salina. The only thing I wish is that they offer more classes on the weekend!

I am loving Club Pilates! I first joined to try it out and noticed many of the movements and muscle groups are what my 2 physiotherapists had wanted me to work on to fix some back and shoulder injuries that I had. The classes are small so I was able to share my injuries with the instructors and they helped me to make adjustments and ensure my form was proper. I originally signed up for 2 days a week but I missed how amazing I feel after class so I quickly upgraded to unlimited.
I’ve been a member for a few months now and I’m happy to report my injuries are pretty much non existent! Something I had been struggling to fix for over 2 years! I’m so happy I decided to give CP a try and invest in my myself 😊
