The tester, Maya, was truly outstanding. Extremely knowledgeable on the intricacies of hearing loss. Very good mannerisms with elderly. Very careful and thorough professional testing. Very clear explanations, and willingness to go beyond the call of duty when answering my many intricate questions, even as my questions went well beyond closing time. Some very useful follow-up advice, and no hard sell when it came to promoting/pushing products. Outstanding professional service!
