  On my initial visit, a technician named Ellina was extremely attentive and informative. I did not buy my glasses at that time, but the way she listened to my specific requirements and made recommendations based on my personal needs made me feel valued and comfortable. Upon my return the next week to actually select and purchase my glasses, the excellent attention to customer service was carried on by the store manager, Jasleen. She was patient, informative, kind, and gave me honest feedback on the look and style and fit of the frames I was considering. The extra information about polarized lenses, dimensions of the lenses as they apply to progressives and to the construction of different frames made me feel like I was being taken very well care of. I am looking forward to picking up my new glasses and will continue to bring my eyewear needs to this store. Great job!

  I wish I could remember the young woman's name who took care of me, she is the Store Manager at the Conestoga Mall location....she was genuinely friendly and kind, professional, patient, knowledgeable, truly lovely to deal with. I was so pleased with the service (and great value for the frames) that I received that I posted my experience on Facebook so my family and friends would learn about it.

  Very bad experience here, purchased safety glasses under a year ago and the frame broke. Thought this wouldn't be a problem but we were told that they don't provide warranty on safety glasses. Thinking that this was strange we called another spec savers and was told that absolutely there is warranty. Don't go here! Terrible customer service with a condescending attitude from the staff.

  I have mixed feelings about my experience. The staff was accommodating, and the eye doctor was very kind and thorough, explaining the entire process and carefully conducting the exams to ensure nothing was missed. She also reviewed some of the tests and went over the results with me, which I really appreciated. However, the part that felt lacking was the follow-up on my order. I was told that the waiting time for my two pairs of glasses would be a maximum of three weeks—one regular pair and one with a blue filter. I patiently waited for three weeks without any updates. During the fourth week, I called but didn’t get an answer, and later received a text saying my order was ready for pickup. When I went in, I was told that only the regular pair had arrived from the warehouse and that the blue filter pair had been incorrectly ordered. I was advised it would be ready the following week, but that didn’t happen. Finally, I was notified the week after that that my second pair was ready. I understand that mistakes can happen, but it would have been helpful to be informed along the way rather than being left in the dark and waiting.
