Our Optometrist works out of their store, so our questions are related to our eye health. It’s important that these questions are addressed. In addition, when we have driven over they are never busy. It’s obvious they just don’t like answering their phones . We are seriously considering moving our eye care to another place. Unfortunately, we love our Optometrist but this is just too inconvenient.

I walked in and they were immediately available to help and the lady at the front gave me a box to save the glasses I had liked for future purchase. The staff were able to get me in the same day for an eye exam and the process was incredibly smooth. I have never received such amazing service from a store like this and I will continue to recommend it to everyone I know that needs glasses or even just an eye exam. Thank you so much!!

My eyes were checked out and needing new prescription, and I need a change of look which I met with Jackie or Jacqueline who answered most of my questions and even complimented about the new look. I love the team very much, especially with the positivity. I recommend to anyone who need new frames in your budget
