  I have never done pilates before. Truthfully, I came because the intro class was free and I was bored. Well, I feel in love. The instructors are all amazing! Extremely friendly and encouraging. They always offer variations of each exercise to suit every level & capability. The reception team are also great. They are always happy to see you and ready to help with anything you need. Club Pilates is my happy place. Yes, they are pricy but it's important to invest in your wellness. I had chronic hip pains and seeked help from my doctor & physio therapist. Nothing worked. I have no more hip pains since joining.

  I had a wonderful experience at both Club Pilates Waterloo and North Waterloo. The instructors are amazing, super friendly, and very knowledgable. They are all highly trained and were great at correcting form where needed and helping with modifications as I needed them. The staff greeted me as I arrived and made sure my class was what I expected. Give them a try, you won't regreat it!

  What a joke of a place. Came for an introductory class an they wanted me to buy their "special"socks or I was not allowed to try the class. It cost 20.00! LOL I understand you buy the socks if you decide to get a membership but for the first one ???? That doesn't make sense. Lol It is basically charge a fee to try 30min of a class. Too bad.

  Love the Club PIlates Waterloo studio. PIlates is new for me and I’m loving it. The instructors are so supportive and the classes are so much fun. Enjoying my membership very much

  Just hit 100 Reformer Pilates classes at Club Pilates! * As a senior woman who has been going almost daily, I can honestly say this has been one of the best decisions I've made for my health and well-being. The instructors are truly awesome-encouraging, knowledgeable, and supportive at every level. Since starting, I've noticed better strength, more energy, improved balance, and overall confidence in my body. The workouts challenge you in the best way while still being gentle on the joints. If you're thinking about trying Pilates, I highly recommend it-especially if you want to stay strong, active, and energized as you age. I'm so grateful for this community and excited for the next 100 classes! Bit
