- BLBob LewisJan 5, 20263.0Overall good service with exception to the records keeping department. I had a hearing aid replace because I lost one. Then that one broke so I sent it for repair I get a message back saying it has the same serial number as the one I lost which is impossible that one is somewhere in the Sarnia hospital parking lot. So they keep it ,now I have to wait about 3years to get a replacement. Someone in records must of screwed up.
