Thank you to Isabella at Vaughn Mills Lenscrafters for her knowledge, great customer service and going above and beyond to assist with my glasses process. Her calm demeanor made the process seemless. Thank you!

We had a great experience here & I had many great options to choose from.
Isabella took amazing care of us & immediately picked up on what style I exactly wanted & presented me with many options. I was looking for a 80s style aviator esque look & she gave me some pretty cool frames to look at. Didn’t take long for me to pick 3 pairs I really love.
She also fixed my existing broken glass that I had walked into the store with free of charge 😂 which I appreciate a lot.
10/10 experience, she’s amazing.

I had a very disappointing experience at the LensCrafters Vaughan Mills branch on November 1st.
I chose a pair of Gucci sunglasses marked at $263 + tax, but when I went to pay, a lady (who seemed to be the manager) suddenly said it was mistagged and that the actual price was $570 + tax.
I asked what the price would be after the 30% discount (since it’s not a prescription pair). The sales representative told me, “What do you want the price to be?” I replied that it should be the same as the tag price since it’s not the customer’s fault if an item is mislabeled. After checking, he offered me $366 including tax, and told me he would lock in the price and the sunglasses for me.
I returned to the store an hour later on the same day, and the same lady told me the price was now $430 + tax, refusing to honor what was previously promised.
This is unprofessional and misleading. Prices should be honored as displayed, or at the very least, what was agreed upon with the salesperson should be respected. This is also not the first issue I’ve had with LensCrafters — a few months ago, I faced another problem and was only given an apology.
I hope management takes this seriously and ensures such situations don’t happen again. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with inconsistent pricing and poor communication.

We had an amazing experience at LensCrafters! We bought the Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses, and the whole process was smooth and enjoyable. A big shoutout to Ashkan, who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout. Ash made sure we got the perfect fit and explained all the features clearly. Excellent service and a fantastic product — highly recommend!
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
