The experience was positive, even though I didn't see anything that was interesting ( eye glass frame wise ). I'd definitely suggest Specsavers Vaughan Mills, if you need new frames and getting your eyes checked, the eye doctor was very helpful, informative and made it comfortable. Highly recommend.

I visited twice; in my first visit, one girl helped me with all the possible framed and lend options that fit my budget and took all of my info and prescription to generate a rough estimate for the glasses. In my second visit, I finalized my glasses and 2 ladies helped me with that. They were so polite and walked me through everything again. I felt satisfied and would definitely be considering the store for future. Shout out to Negin.

Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
