Warby Parker was so understanding of the situation, they provided a replacement free of charge and handled the exchange in house. I was fitted perfectly every time, and always met with kindness and optimism. They are thorough and professional, highly recommend!

She (shame on me for not getting her name), disappeared into the back for 15 mins, and came back with a fully repaired pair. Asked how much, expected it to be maybe $75 or so... and she just explained it was a spare arm and not to worry about it. Free of charge. She'd spent some considerable time working on the repair. It was such a pleasant surprise overall.
