I then went to a different shop and found out they were an entire diopter off. One of them (the male optometrist) was also rude and unprofessional when I expressed my concerns with the prescription.

So, my suggestion is to order frames in other online shops with the same quality but way less costs and delivery time (2-5 days). Good aspects of the shop: service, eye examiner, staffs - all good/ friendly.
