It's the lowest I have seen in town. I price shopped at three Opticals in the area before buying from here and ultimately end up buying glasses here .With their two pair deal and current 50% off lens options the prices for my high index glasses were super sweet.Also the staff was polite, professional and knowledgeable

- BFBeautiful FlowerMar 31, 20261.0I visited the Rexdale location today regarding a pair of glasses that are still under warranty. These glasses were originally made last year at Theodore & Pringle Optical before they closed, after which I transferred to Specsavers. Shortly after getting the glasses, I had to leave the country for an extended period, so there was no opportunity to come in for any adjustments or repairs during that time. When I explained that the glasses were under warranty and asked about repair options, the staff member repeatedly implied that the damage was done on purpose. Instead of discussing proper repair or warranty support, he suggested things like gluing the glasses back together. He also seemed to doubt the validity of the warranty and made assumptions that felt accusatory rather than helpful. The overall interaction felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. I came in expecting support for a warranty issue, but instead felt like I had to defend myself. I hope this location can improve how they handle customer concerns and communicate more respectfully in situations like this.

Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
