- 000074 days ago1.0I'll never come back here again. I felt disrespected a number of times, and a few staff members were quite rude and impatient. A few didn't explain things well, and I was supposed to get two pairs for a certain deal, but it was never explained that the deal had an expiration date. I told them my situation, and they said it would be fine. I later found out I had to pay 50 bucks more than I should have because the deal expired. The lady didn't even try to make it right. She wouldn't apologize. She just ignored it literally and moved on. I said to myself, "Really, is this terrible service real?" To me, there is no making this right. I will never go back there. I will never recommend this place to anyone again.

I was greeted with a big genuine smile and making me feel at ease as i was a little bit nervous, being years since I had and I test and not having my, real glasses for almost a year i was made to feel relaxed & ready for my eye test?. The eye test went very well, very kind staff, very informative, very helpful. I then had a wide option in variety of frames to choose from in which made my selection a little bit easier then the other stores. Oh yeah. I guess I should mention. I got 2 pairs for the price of 1 or 1 pair and the second pair, 50% off. All I know is I got a great deal provided to me by a great store with great staff. Overall, my visit and experience was second to none & i would recommend anytime to anyone that wants to be treated like a somebody & should be treated like i very much was.That's the place to go⁹ SPEC-SAVERS I went to the Gerard square Spec-Savers location in Toronto. Personally, the staff provided a peak performance unsurpassed i would like to imagine. As a truly thankful and appreciative customer I will recommend this genuinely customer satisfaction oriented franchise to my friends & family as it is now my first choice for eye wear,maintenence, & protection of vision. Looking forward to coming back once again to pick up my glasses in two weeks. I just had such a great experience & knowing in 2 weeks, when I do go pick up my glasses, I'll probably be smiling from ear to ear and happy to see everyone in the store.
