It did take 3 trips back to store before I got the fitting correct. But there was never a problem with asking for adjustment. Overall I would recommend 👌.

When we received the glasses, they were simply handed over in the case — no cleaning cloth, no carry bag. When I asked for these basic accessories, I was told they had run out. For a first-time customer collecting a child's prescription glasses, this felt like a very poor experience. These are standard items that should always be available, especially when handing over a purchase. I expected more from a well-known brand like Specsavers. First impressions matter, and unfortunately this visit to the Cedarbrae Mall location did not meet even the most basic expectations of customer care. I hope they take this feedback seriously and ensure future customers are not let down in the same way.
