  Pearle vision, what a great team to assist you with getting the right solution for your vision care needs. I recently have purchased a new pair of glasses, and new contacts. Due to the in frequency of my contact wearing I was recommended to get daily disposals! They take the time needed to properly do a thorough eye exam( Dr Winnie Chen, amazing!) Explain the costs associated and also look where they are able to provide you with savings! Glasses are not inexpensive, and the team at Pearle Vision understands this.   gave me great service a while back - but the REAL kicker was the fact that over a year later, I stopped by as one of my pairs of reading glasses were severely damaged, including one arm falling off. The gentleman at the counter took great care in reassembling and fixing them at no charge - ON THE SPOT! He even took a moment to polish the lenses before he returned them to me. To me, this is elite customer service, and they will have my business forever.

  The staff at this location are very knowledgeable, helpful and above all, exceptionally customer-service oriented! Everything from the vast selection of frames to their helpful suggestions, to direct billing for insurance, and after-sales adjustments, their profesionalism and efficiency has them, along with the on-site Optometrist, Dr. Chen (separate review left), has them as our go-to location for my family's eye-care.
