  I’ve been waiting a month for my glasses to come in. Originally they sent an email that they were ready for pickup, but when I arrived and the employee sat down with me to fit the frames, they were not what I ordered. So they clearly are not double checking the orders when they come in. I’ve been calling the store for the past week to get an update on my frames and I have had no luck getting anyone to answer. This was my first time ordering from this location and I will never go back. Horrible experience, been a month without proper glasses.

  I had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters! I purchased a pair of glasses with progressive lenses, and Nahid was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my choice. She was patient, attentive, and very knowledgeable, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this location—especially Nahid for her outstanding service!

  I had a phenomenal experience at LensCrafters! Nahid was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I was looking for two pairs of glasses—one for home and one for work—and she took the time to show me a wide range of options to make sure I found exactly what I needed. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. I never felt rushed, and her suggestions were spot on. Highly recommend asking for Nahid if you visit—excellent customer service!

  I just got my most recent eyeglasses at Lenscrafters. They have a great selection of frames, and I was able to take advantage of a 40% off sale. With a further 50% off a second pair, I decided to indulge in some Rx sunglasses as well. I was assisted by Lory at the Shoppes of Don Mills location. She was very helpful without being pushy, and very thorough in taking all the necessary measurements for my progressive lenses. I just picked up my new glasses the other day, and I am very happy with both pairs. Just be aware of all the extra costs for coatings, protection plans, etc. They add up and you need to stay within what you can afford for what you really need.
