Louis was awesome. He was super nice and helpful. I came in after my eyes were dilated, so I couldn't really see much. He noticed I was struggling and came over to help, and he stayed with me and helped me find glasses that looked good on me. He calmly explained how different types of glasses work and what they cost. I'd totally go back to him. Even the guy I met before Louis was really kind; I think he was Val from Ukraine. Overall, I had a great time at the store.

Had a very positive experience at LensCrafters. The optometrist was extremely professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly during my eye exam. Excellent variety of frames, from classic to modern styles. I found exactly what I was looking for.The staff were friendly and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality eye care and good glasses.

Thank Qasim and Roman they’re good guy👏👏👏 I thought this shop would be too busy to fix my glasses because it’s so popular, but I was wrong. They took great care of me and even said I might not have to pay this time. Even though I was interested in buying new glasses, they honestly told me to wait until next month when there will be a promotion. The problem with my glasses was just a loose screw. I had asked more than 4 other optical shops in the mall, but none of them were willing to fix it and kept insisting that I should buy new ones, even though I’ve only used them for 5 months. I really appreciate their honesty and service.

DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!! They treat you well just enough to get you to make the purchase, but everything changes after that. I was given misleading information about using my prescription just to move the sale forward, and there was zero follow-up or accountability afterward. What’s worse is that they actively encourage you to leave a positive review early on, before the process is complete so the ratings don’t reflect the actual experience. Because from that point on, the experience went downhill fast: poor communication, no updates, and a complete lack of professionalism.

Popped in to see if LensCrafters could have a look at my damaged frame - missing screw, bent brackets after an accident (I trod on them). Sara took on the task immediately; I was met at the door, Sara disappeared with the glasses and returned with a perfect repair - and no charge! This is the kind of friendly, generous, almost old-fashioned service that makes me wish I lived in Toronto: I'm just visiting, but I leave with a very positive impression of this excellent shop. Eaton Centre, Dundas Square. Full marks.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
