  I had a smooth and enjoyable experience here. Choosing glasses can honestly feel overwhelming, but the team made it seem easy and even fun. I was able to try a variety of styles and receive genuine feedback on what worked (and what didn’t), which I really appreciated. The staff were excellent, especially Rachel, who was outstanding. She has a keen eye for detail and noticed small things I wouldn’t have seen myself, like how specific frames sat on my face and which colours suited my skin tone better. She answered all my questions clearly and made sure I understood my options. I left feeling confident in my choice and genuinely happy with the whole process. Definitely a place I’d recommend!

  it's always a great experience when I walk into Warby Parker location in Queen West! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and kind. In particular, Sayeh always greets me with a warm smile, is patient and takes the time to find frames that suit my face, my needs and my budget. She remembers me by name and my daughter! The service is professional and personal. She will take the time to adjust my frames to ensure it's a comfortable fit on my face. She recognizes how important it is to have glasses that a perfect fit for you. I have been wearing glasses since I was 4, so this is super important to me and she gets it. Sayeh was beyond helpful and always goes over and beyond to make it a great experience. I highly recommend her, and the staff at Warber Parker in Queen West.
