The staff and service at Lens Crafters on Bloor is outstanding. I bent a new pair of glasses and Nilu went above and beyond to fix them and ensured a perfect fit. Highly recommend this store if you’re looking for glasses. Lots of styles to choose from!

One of the nose pads on my glasses fell off and I went to LensCrafters to get it replaced. I can’t believe how amazing the service was. The person who helped me was Haena, and she really tried her best to get it done nice and quickly. Also guess what, it costed $0. It’s rare to see businesses not pushing their limit to maximize profits nowadays.

Be very careful - screenshot all the terms and conditions at the time of any purchase and get everyone's names to have a paper trail if needed. Don't trust anything that isn't in writing, and even then, make sure it's a manger and not just an associate. They have a nice selection of glasses but the staff are tricky and will do their best to stonewall and/or weasel out of any issues.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
