The person who helped me was Haena, and she really tried her best to get it done nice and quickly. Also guess what, it costed $0. Don't trust anything that isn't in writing, and even then, make sure it's a manger and not just an associate. They have a nice selection of glasses but the staff are tricky and will do their best to stonewall and/or weasel out of any issues.
