Kelvin Li walked us through the process of hiring a caregiver and assigned Abegail to my Aunt which was the best thing that could have happened. Her kindness, compassion, patience and sense of humour with my Aunt made her days brighter especially during Covid with no visitors allowed for such a long time. We are forever grateful.
