  I have a moderate to severe L4–L5 spinal stenosis, and my chiropractor Dr. Raf at Helse Clinic has helped me so much with my pain and movement. The decompression therapy has made a real difference for me, and I feel better after each visit. Dr.Raf and his team are very skilled, and the staff are always kind and welcoming. My son also loves coming to Helse Clinic for massages and chiropractic care, which shows how comfortable and friendly the place is. I’m very thankful for the care we both receive and highly recommend Helse Clinic.10 ⭐️💯

  I love, So grateful. Not your average experience here, Dr.Raf and his team goes above and beyond to make sure your concerns are addressed and your treatment is appropriate and worth your while. Their versatility is my favourite; from Chris, an amazing osteopath, to a world full of fun in Chiro with Dr. Raf (shock wave, massage therapy and adjustments). I came in with chronic migraines that i’ve been suffering with for 5 years and was reminded of the importance of never giving up 💪🏼 Consistency is key! Highly recommend Helse Clinic, pour into yourself and you will see the the difference. Couldn’t do it without the enthusiasm and passion Dr. Raf embodies, thank you for taking the time to adhere to my concerns ☺️

  Best clinic I've ever went in my life! The second I walk through the door, I'm already being greeted with warm welcomes, followed by a complimentary stretch & massage to make you feel calm and relaxed. After that, they pull out a top-notch high-quality shockwave machine that fixes your bones almost instantly after a few visits. The head doctor was extremely chill and friendly, almost like when I see him my day instantly brightens up with good vibes. The other doctors was nice too, as they ask how my day was going and talk about life and stuff. After my first experience, I felt way lighter and loose; instantly bought the best package deal without any hesitation, without any regrets. Comparing to other chiropractor areas, this small clinic outshadows even the biggest well-known clinics out there, and it's not even close. I truly love this place and I highly recommend this place to literally anyone who lives in Toronto ☺️♥️

  I suffered a traumatic spinal injury 25 years ago and, for most of that time, lived with constant, debilitating pain. I tried to push through life without truly taking care of the issue, the result was years of heavy medication, discomfort and a lot of frustration. Working with Dr. Raf and the Helse Scarborough team has been the first real sign of hope in decades. While there may not be a single “magic bullet” solution, for the first time in 25 years I am experiencing multiple days with limited, even zero, pain. After everything I’ve been through, that is a major victory, and I’ll take that win proudly. The care here isn’t just professional, it’s personal. Dr. Raf and his team create a welcoming and supportive environment where patient recovery is process-driven, measurable, and tailored to individual needs. They listen, they adjust, and they genuinely root for your progress. If you’re dealing with chronic pain or a long-term injury, I can’t recommend Helse Scarborough and Dr. Raf highly enough. They have made an incredible difference in my quality of life.
