Soni and her team are extremely helpful and understanding. They take the time to explain everything clearly and guide you through all your questions about insurance, pricing, and procedures. I truly appreciate their support.

Got my pair of glasses months ago, but I had to go back a couple of times for repairs. The customer service during my recent visits felt really unfriendly-they didn’t even greet me or try to assist, as if I couldn’t afford to pay. Lol. Never going back to this store. I’ve also seen comments saying the staffs are friendly, but the people who were there every time I visited definitely weren’t-except during my very first visit.

I almost bought a pair of glasses but they were not flexible at all with extending a promotion to give me time to get an updated prescription. They were also not good salespeople in that they didn't give proper attention to the customers. I don't know if they are understaffed or what but the experience was abysmal if you compare to other glasses stores which tend to have very good customer service. I went in another day to look at the glasses pair I was interested in and changed my mind. I suppose their lousy service helped push me to make the right decision after all.

Will not help you take care of the glasses you bought at their clinic. The adjustment table is set up at the front with a printed black/white sign on the door saying ‘no adjustments today’ when what they mean is no adjustments EVER lol The staff are ~clearly- done with life working at this capitalistic garbage eye shop and will treat you like you’re worthless and deliver the new company policy that didn’t exist months ago like the law. go support an independent business and spend the extra bucks.

This was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I went to Clearly because I had my eye exam done here previously and had my PD (pupillary distance) measured at that time. I simply needed my PD measured again because I had misplaced the original note. The sales assistant who first approached me was shockingly unhelpful and dismissive. She is a Black woman with orange hair, tied into a bun. She doesn't wear a nametag. Even though the PD measuring machine was right in front of her, she chose to walk off to talk to the optometrist and came back to say the optometrist “didn’t remember” my PD — which made no sense. I explained that I just needed a new PD measurement, but she kept arguing, saying it “wasn’t important,” that I should call the optometrist, and that it was “my fault” for losing the note. She even told me to book a new eye exam just to get my PD, which is completely unnecessary and absurd. Thankfully, Soni Negi stepped in and handled everything with professionalism and efficiency. She listened to me, understood the issue right away, and got my PD measurement done in less than five minutes. Absolute lifesaver! It’s clear that Soni knows what good customer service looks like — unfortunately, the first staff member did not. Her attitude was unprofessional, her behavior dismissive, and she clearly didn’t care about helping customers. If it weren’t for Soni, this visit would have been a complete disaster. Management really needs to train their staff properly, because one person like that can ruin the entire experience and drive customers away. I’m seriously reconsidering whether to ever come back to this location.

Frequently Asked Questions About For Eyes By Clearly

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
