Jay did a great job preparing everything for me to proceed with the wonderful optometrist Melissa, after the visit Jay offered special prices and discounts for frames/lenses/glasses. The price for the eye exam was half as some downtown locations , and the booking was fast and easy. Thank you for an amazing service!

Not only was my eye exam the most thorough one I've ever had. I never once felt rushed or unattended to. Soni was my main point of contact and she made me feel completely at ease. We went over all my options until we found something I was not only comfortable with but also felt happy to wear. The whole team there is wonderful. I found out from the lady there Kruti that they were no longer affiliated with the online store i got my glasses from. However , that did not stop her from helping me out , she made the necessary adjustments on the spot , as i couldn't wait around for her colleague to do the adjustments as i had to go pick up my daughter from daycare soon. And free of charge. This is what i call customer service , even though i was not even a customer. Kruti , thank you so much for bringing my faith back to customer service for a company. You have gained a new customer and i will spread the word. Thanks again Kruti (I'm hoping I'm not butchering the spelling of your name) you are a gem !
