  Extremely disappointed. I was illegally denied service because I had my Service Dog. The staff was unprofessional and had no knowledge of Ontario’s Human Rights laws. This encounter caused me a severe panic attack. Avoid this clinic if you value accessibility and professional care."

  Went in for earwax removal—it was quick, efficient, and very helpful. No waiting time, friendly and well-educated staff, and modern equipment made the whole experience excellent. Highly recommend!

  Wow, what great attention and service. I had a piece of hearing aid stuck in my ear canal. Without a moment’s hesitation I was invited into an office and the piece removed. Many thanks, P

  I was in the neighborhood and they were having some workshop so I joined by chance🤓Amazing service! They offered us free snacks and drinks and gave me free hearing test and ear exams and gave us a lecture about the role and mechanism of inner, middle and outer ear 👂 it was an eye opening experience. This place has such a good vibe! It’s actually a fun place to be. For now I have no problem with hearing but this place is going to be the first place to visit in the future🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪Thank you for your generosity! 🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶

  Took my dad in. They are amazing. Such a thorough procedure. No pressure . Appreciated the in depth explanations. Made the experience comfortable and with no stress on my dad. Fabulous.
