Homeira Tavakkolpour was extremely professional, patient, and genuinely focused on understanding my situation rather than selling a hearing aid. She took the time to clearly explain how hearing works, what the test measures, and what to expect from the assessment. After the test, she explained the results thoroughly and reassured me that I do not need a hearing aid at this time, recommending follow-up testing in the future based on my history. I really appreciated her honest, consultative, and ethical approach. The staff were also very helpful with booking and follow-ups, the assessment was fully covered, and free parking was a nice bonus. Overall, a very professional and trustworthy clinic. Highly recommended.

Yet it was her kind manner and professionalism, using up-to-date equipment, that gave me the confidence and knowledge to finally understand why, even with minimal hearing loss, it was time for me to use hearing aids.
