Her behavior was unprofessional and quite rude on the call as well as in-person. She was not listening us. She kept contradicting our conversation with the other receptionist at least 5–6 times, which made the situation uncomfortable. As well as, I just checked the other reviews of her rude behaviour, it’s seemed like it’s with the Indians only. When we sat down, she even came to us and asked us to get up in a very impolite way. It was only 5:10 p.m., and our appointment was at 5:20 p.m., but she kept repeating that they close at 6, as if she was in a hurry to send us away. We still had enough time, so her attitude was unnecessary and unprofessional. On the other hand, the two male staff members were very polite, helpful, and understanding, they explained everything clearly and treated us with respect. Because of the receptionist’s behaviour, we didn’t feel comfortable at all and will not recommend this Specsavers location to others.
