I went to the store on my lunch hour and in less than one hour, I had an eye examination and ordered two pairs of glasses. I needed two pairs of glasses in one week and Specsavers North Park Plaza delivered them on time as promised. The salesperson assisted me in selecting the right eyeglasses and sunglasses for my face shape, making recommendations on style and function, and outlining the advantages of certain products. The optometrist was also very knowledgeable and professional - excellent testing and prompt service with no wait time. Prior to this visit, I went to another optical store in the Keele Street area where they advised that the eyeglasses order would take much longer than the time committed to by Specsavers, and prices overall were better at Specsavers. There was also a huge difference in customer service between the two optical stores. Excellent work Specsavers - and thank you very much for meeting my short timeline for the eye exam and the delivery of the glasses. I will be back in the Spring to order two more pairs from this store.

- DDDdNov 5, 20251.0You will get no customer service here. Just go to another branch or do not go to specsavers at all. They billed me double what I asker for, when I called to confirm, they did. Upon picking up the item I found out they didn't place the order, they only placed the order after I got there. When I finally picked up what I paid for, no one even apologized for messing up. The whole back and forth with their staff, not once did anyone apologize for messing up.

Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.

If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
