The doctor was very thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly. The opticians Nazanin and Mark were extremely helpful and patient in examing my eyes and assisting me with selecting the right glasses. I never felt rushed and felt well cared for throughout. Highly recommend this clinic.

For some reason, my profile wasn’t showing up in the Spacecavers system (even though I had already had an eye exam with the same optical chain at another Toronto location). Still, the consultant entered all my information from scratch and took the time to make sure everything was added correctly — and the discount was also applied to my order as promised. Big thanks to the consultant (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name) and to his supervisor for their help, patience, and truly polite attitude.

How much is an eye exam?
Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
