She explained what was going on, and made me feel like the most important client, ever. The store? Bullocks! Paid Nov. 28, 2025. Was promised 2 work weeks turn around. I called Dec. 12, and was told they hadn't been started, and could take till early January. On Dec. 17, I went in. No manager was on duty, and the glasses hadn't been started. Had to ask twice for a full refund.

Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
