The technician that did the pre appointment eye tests was very thorough and pleasant. Dr. Jennifer Yoon did my eye exam. She was very thorough and she took the time to explain everything. Catherine helped me find frames that would suit me and she was so patient. I would recommend this location of Specsavers. Everyone was thorough and professional and nothing was rushed. I was so pleased with everything.

The service I received from Specsavers was excellent and the quality of their products was also excellent. I was able to get 1 year supply of contact lenses and 2 pairs of custom made reading glasses for under $450. Lens Crafters offered 1 year supply of contacts and one pair of custom made reading glasses for over $650. Needles to say, I will NOT be going back to Lens Crafters again unless they offer comparable services and prices. My parents will NOT be going to Lens Crafters again either. Thank you Specsavers for the job well done! I also told everyone I work with how satisfied I was with the service I received at Specsavers.

Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.

If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
