Appointment was for 4:50pm, by 5:20pm when I asked how long the wait time is, the 'receptionist' said 'soon' while zooming off. The customer service is appalling. Another client sitting opposite me had an appointment for 4:30pm and by 5:30pm she was still not seen. Another customer wasj just standing because there was no where to sit but the staff could not even grab a chair and offer him a seat somewhere. There was no communication with the customers as to why the delay or any apologies. I would nnot recommend this location at all.i could give it a minus rating, thats what it is. As to your response, you have been given false information. No body has called me regarding my review or there service. My review remains the same...very bad customer service.
