We had come from Lenscrafters who absolutely made 3 mistakes in getting my father's glasses made. My father was without proper glasses for over 6weeks. Coming here we immediately felt heard and our situation was met with sympathy. Christopher immediately started working with us, addressed my father many times to ask his preferences in frames then after speaking to us about lens preferences and costs he passed us over to Ali who did all the measurements. After making the purchase my father left the store saying now that is what I call old fashioned professionalism and customer care. We are now waiting for the glasses to arrive. Thank you to both Christopher and Ali. The owner should be very proud of his team!!
