However - Within two months of purchase a pair of glasses broke - an arm just fell off, the hinge broke, mid day during a business meeting. Very unfortunate. No dropping, rough wear or tear. Just broke. Specsavers response wasn’t to replace them for me but to charge me for another pair. They discounted it which I think they believe I should have been grateful for. Was actually told - ‘better than nothing’. Would have been better IMO if you stood behind the quality of your product. Not going to be a return customer….guessing these will break again soon so unfortunately will need to find another solution.

Dr. Heena Patal, the optometrist, impressed me with her professionalism and careful attention to my concerns. Didi did a wonderful job helping me select the right frames with great patience. Overall, my experience was excellent!

Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.

If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
