I brought my mother in for an eye exam & to purchase new frames. The staff & Dr. Patel were very helpful & patient as my mother has dementia & doesn’t hear well. They made our entire visit easy & pleasant for her. Thank you for the excellent service!

I did an eye exam with Dr Heena Patel. She made it a very easy, fun environment, while also taking time to answer all my little questions. She's my favourite optometrist ever!

Came here for an eye exam and to pickup new glasses and had a great experience. They accommodate later appointments as I work 9-5 and the staff were very helpful and patient when I was choosing my glasses.

POOR QUALITY. POOR RESPONSE. My experience is really a tale of two experiences. 1st - the visit with the Optometrist and initial purchase was very positive. However - Within two months of purchase a pair of glasses broke - an arm just fell off, the hinge broke, mid day during a business meeting. Very unfortunate. No dropping, rough wear or tear. Just broke. Specsavers response wasn’t to replace them for me but to charge me for another pair. They discounted it which I think they believe I should have been grateful for. Was actually told - ‘better than nothing’. Would have been better IMO if you stood behind the quality of your product. Not going to be a return customer….guessing these will break again soon so unfortunately will need to find another solution.

My colleague recommended this place, and after my visit yesterday I will certainly refer others to this optical shop as well. I was warmly greeted by the staff and had my eye exam done efficiently, without any waiting and with full respect for my time. Dr. Heena Patal, the optometrist, impressed me with her professionalism and careful attention to my concerns. Didi did a wonderful job helping me select the right frames with great patience. Overall, my experience was excellent!
