- RDRandy DevostJan 27, 20265.0First visit to Connect Hearing Thunder Bay and the office was very clean and bright and all staff I interacted with were polite and courteous. My hearing test went well and I was informed and educated about the results of my test. The audiologist suggested that I do not need hearing aids at this time but offered additional methods to protect my ears against loud noises, mowers, rifle shots, etc. Great advice and a good first visit. Thank you.
