I have been buying my glasses from this location for a few years now, and I always had a great experience. However, this time, I have to say that all my expectations were exceeded 10 times fold, thanks to Annie. From one look at my face, she knew right away which frames to suggest (which I ended up getting). From exceptionaly expert advice, to a friendly suggestions and lightharted conversation, Annie made the process very smooth and efficient. Can't wait to get my new specs and show them off. Thank you Annie! If there were 10 stars she would get them.

I had a negative experience at LensCrafters Promenade where the customer service was not up to what I expected. I purchased the RayBan Meta Gen1 glasses there last year and went back recently for the Gen2. After waiting for a month without any updates, I called the store to inquire about the status of my glasses. I was told they were ready, so I went in person to pick them up. The lady at the store told me to open the box in front of her, which I understood as a standard procedure for meta glasses. As she continuously reminded me not to touch or change anything, I opened the box only to find out that it was not the glasses I had ordered. I immediately informed and told the lady that the glasses were incorrect and it's all hers, had not been touched or tampered with. I waited for another month but no glasses came in.. It was a strange and frustrating experience, leaving me to question was she doing this due to my nationality or skin color?

After using another large eyewear retailer for decades, I decided it was time for a change. I was looking for a place that offered modern, designer frames and used high-tech digital fitting methods for accuracy. Since this was my first pair of progressive lenses, I also wanted knowledgeable guidance throughout the process.
At the risk of sounding like many other reviews here... Annie was absolutely wonderful! I started with two frames I liked, and she quickly brought out several similar styles for me to try. Most importantly, she gave me all the time I needed to make a decision (and I can be quite indecisive). Whenever I had a question, Annie was right there with clear, expert answers.
When I narrowed my choices down to two frames, she thoughtfully outlined the pros and cons of each, helping me make my final decision with confidence. She also explained the lens options and warranty coverage in detail.
I’m very happy with my experience and truly appreciate Annie’s professionalism and expertise. Highly recommended!
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
