Inga,, the Manager is professional and nice and the sweet Indian girl (I forgot her name) is so patience and helpful too. They makes me feel welcoming but not pushy at all. Highly recommend visiting this store for purchase. Oh, forgot to mention that they have a LOT more modern frame choices than other branches.

The issue is that the glasses are very poor quality. I have over the course of time owned many pairs of glasses. From the very beginning the glasses would always need adjustments and the store would always do them at no cost when timing would allow. That’s the issue, I like many people simply don’t have the time to go this every month or so. I chose Specsavers specifically because of the advertising on the radio “2 pairs of quality glasses at a low price.” Yes the price is low, but the quality is far from good. Yes they offer other brands that may in fact be higher quality but the cots are much higher and when comparing to other providers the cost in some cares is actually higher. GREAT SERVICE. VERY LOW QUALITY.
