- LBLiz BoereMar 30, 20265.0During the last 10+ years Lisa has been my “go to” person with my hearing issues. She is always very friendly and professional and is ready to listen to my concerns. Over the years she has guided me when needing new aids. She is always ready to tweak the settings till they are the best they can be and no adjustment is too much trouble. I really appreciate how she has called me at home and made adjustments remotely, usually within a short time after letting her know I have a problem. She has even guided me to make repairs when one aide stopped working on a weekend. Couldn’t ask for better service.
