  Being part of home instead company is fulfilling. Management is respectful, coworkers are supportive, and the workplace culture is positive. The training and guidance help employees grow while making a real difference in clients’ lives. Furthermore Avi sir , dawn mem and all others staff were very cooperative and gave the tasks details properly.

  I’ve been working with Home Instead for a while as a PSW and have had a good experience. The team is supportive and the office staff are easy to communicate with. It feels good to work for a company that cares about both clients and caregivers.

  Recently my mother Shirley has required additional care/interaction and companionship. This is new territory for me as I am mom’s full time care giver. Your firm was recommended to us. From the time mom and I met Liz our PSW lady we knew we had made the right decision. Mom and Liz connected right from the beginning. They have been quite the pals and Liz has been so kind and caring with mom. Honestly she has been a god send. I would highly recommend Liz. We very much appreciate her ability to adapt to mom’s needs and our schedule, although nothing is carved in stone. Each day brings a new adventure. Thank you to Liz. PS. Love the notes left and the communications.

  Coming from a perspective of someone who has recently been employed here, I highly advise against using this in home care service. Based on the director of this location. Not only is he very disrespectful and ignorant to his clients over the phone he is far worst to the employees. He has a temper and aggression that clouds his judgement and I would not trust him to proved clear care for your loved ones. He is constantly rushing people off the phone while they're trying to elaborate on the support they truly require. As someone who has constantly been berated and emotionally abused in office, I was able to leave my keys on his desk this morning. He does not empathize, he is not good at managing his emotions or anger. He does not respect boundaries. He also does not actually care what you have to say unless it makes him look good. This is not the type of person who should be in charge of the people you love the most. The consistency in care givers are lacking because behind the scenes we are hiring non stop due to lack of respect and trust. Making multiple employees upset and not being about to talk to people with human decency is a shame and leaves a bad impression on this company for the few caregivers and ONE admin that actually does care. Fair warning - do not work for him. You will regret it. And due yourself a favor and leave your loved ones in the care of someone who actually treats you as a human.
