But for my friend who was asked to be seen in person for interview, requested if can do virtual interview, they had to do some emergency things. Instead of being approached with other options or with more professional, Avi said If you don't have courtesy to meet for an interview this is not a good fit. There wasn't anything about unable to meet, just asked if can meet different way otherwise. He was one of the recruiters. Only imagine continuing working with him, bad vibe. Jerk. Very quickly rejected my friend. I can see why it's low wage.

Communication was excellent; we always knew who was coming and when, and any schedule changes were shared promptly. The consistency of caregivers allowed my mom to become comfortable and familiar with the people supporting her. When our needs at home changed drastically in a short period of time, the Home Instead team adapted quickly and continued to provide compassionate, reliable care. The added help with light housekeeping was such a gift and made our days easier. We’re deeply grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and steady support.
