Franchisee, Meron, and his optician, Karin are two first class people. Both went above and beyond to assist in choosing frames, answer ALL questions and being patient with our indecisions. When glasses were selected they thoroughly explained all options, costs and processes. Will not hesitate to return or spread the good word about this business. UPDATE - I just picked up my two pair of glasses. I continue to be impressed. Meron had recommended certain options. These were not upselling techniques, quite the opposite. He provided honest, practical advice instead of trying to make a couple of extra dollars. The glasses are beyond expectations and both stylish and bang on to my old ones. 5 plus stars for a fantastic new business in our community. Will be singing their praises to anyone who will listen.
