  Have been a customer since 2022 and want to change ti in ear aids. Investigated Costco and found the offering inadequate despite low prices. Called Angela to get info. As usual amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. Had an appointment with Michael that was fantastic. Took the time to understand what I wanted, outlined options at all price level. Also took the time to explain differences in quality and function of mid to high range solutions. Couldn’t be more impressed. He committed to research several options for the features I want. Outstanding treatment- waiting for research results and will definitely order from Amplifon. Many thanks for simplifying the options and patience!! Thanks

  Angela and Michael are great people, they are very knowledgeable and caring. I may have left an earlier five star review but I don't see it so here it is!

  I’ve been to Amplifon in Stouffville a few times now and the service provided by Michael and Angela is always superb. Friendly, professional, and helpful in all that they do. I highly recommend their team if you need anything hearing related!
