The staff were very helpful in getting frames for my wife's glasses. I walked right past three other eyeglass places in the mall, because my past experience with LensCrafters was amazing. They did not disappoint today. Well done everyone.

The Lenscrafters at Eastgate square has knowledgeable and professional staff. I went in because they had an amazing deal on lenses. I wear bifocals and transition to sunglasses. I saved alot. I asked for honesty too about what looked good and didnt. I got that from the staff too. I just didnt want them to just "make a sale". Honest, professional and a 30 day guarantee. If something comes up in those 30 days, they meet my accommodation at no cost to me. I. Very happy and will continue to go there

My experience with the store manager was extremely frustrating due to her unprofessional and dismissive behaviour. I had ongoing issues receiving my glasses, and Candice Cropper, the store manager did not apologize or acknowledge me at any point. This lack of basic customer service is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this location.Harish Kumar, keep up the great work. You were very professional and helpful.

This was our first visit to LensCrafters and it was a great experience. Harish Kumar assisted us in choosing the glasses and he was extremely polite and helpful. He took his time and made sure we were comfortable with our choices. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

I had such a great experience here. Emily and Harkish were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to offer thoughtful suggestions, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with my choices.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
