She's helped me with my hearing needs and I have been having better days since being here. I found she did the right testing, found devices that work for me, and also found times that worked for me to come in based on my work schedule.

I never understood exactly where his hearing issue was. Stephanie explained everything to us as she went over the completed test. He's excited to get them. It was a very relaxing atmosphere and Stephanie is top of her field in my opinion. Kudos to the front desk for putting up with our shenanigans. Audrey and Bill Madden.
