    Great service! Fabulous selection and reasonable pricing! We keep returning for the whole family. As this location is with our local shopping mall, we find that the hours work for our needs.

    Can not recommend enough. It is very rare to experience such focused and memorable customer service. Every step of the process from booking appointment, to reception to eye exam and I had pre-booked ( at making appointment) that I wished to have a consultation for contact lenses. There was never any pressure to rush, to upsell or add on any hidden fees.... All options are up to me and fully revealed cost wise equally. Specsavers Pen Centre will now always be my go to and would recommend as the spot for any one searching for any eye needs.

    I was in the pen location on Friday for a full eye exam and the purchased two pairs of glasses . The Doctor was lovely and Jessica was AWESOME! ( she’s works at the Fairview one too) She was so funny and really helpful. They direct billed which is perfect . Jessica assisted me in choosing the right glasses and lenses for my needs . I felt confident in my purchase! Definitely go see her , her experience speaks for itself .

    I had such a great experience at Specsavers in the Pen Centre. Over the past two months I’ve been there several times between getting glasses for myself, my son, and my father-in-law and every single visit was consistently excellent. What really stood out was the customer service. Every team member we interacted with was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer questions, help us choose the right frames, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to experience such consistent service across the whole team, especially over multiple visits, but this location truly delivers. A fantastic group of professionals who clearly care about their customers. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great service and a great team! 👓

How much is an eye exam?

Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).

How do I book an eye exam?

You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
