- SDSofia D4 days ago5.010/10 experience at Specsavers! I got my appointment time mixed up and they still took me 30 minutes early. The optometrist was lovely and so was the rest of the staff! Amanda and the other lovely ladies there were so helpful and patient during the process of me being indecisive when picking new frames! I highly recommend Specsavers for their range of frames and the phenomenal customer service:)!

They were able to get me and my kids in on the same day. The staff were all very polite, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make our visit even better. ( The little chocolate treat was just the cherry on top ) The eye exam itself was pretty quick but also very thorough with multiple stages. The Dr was very lovely and explained everything. She was also very willing to answer all of my questions. I didnt feel rushed. I dont typically have high expectations for an eye exam but if I did they sure would have exceeded them all. :)

How much is an eye exam?
Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
