Every step of the process from booking appointment, to reception to eye exam and I had pre-booked ( at making appointment) that I wished to have a consultation for contact lenses. There was never any pressure to rush, to upsell or add on any hidden fees.... All options are up to me and fully revealed cost wise equally. Specsavers Pen Centre will now always be my go to and would recommend as the spot for any one searching for any eye needs.

( she’s works at the Fairview one too) She was so funny and really helpful. They direct billed which is perfect . Jessica assisted me in choosing the right glasses and lenses for my needs . I felt confident in my purchase! Definitely go see her , her experience speaks for itself .

The frames felt cheap and didn’t hold up well with normal use. For the price they charge, I expected much better durability and quality. Overall, not worth the money.

How much is an eye exam?
Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
